Bob Davis is an experienced recruiter who has been providing technical and non- technical recruitment services to companies all around the world for more than 30 years. Bob's passion for recruitment started when he joined Aerotek, one of the most respected staffing firms in the industry, as a recruiter in 1995.

 

Here, Bob honed his skills and expertise as a recruiter, consistently outperforming his colleagues, and setting placement records by identifying exceptional resources. Bob's entrepreneurial spirit led him to start his own business venture, Hire Power Professional Services, in 1997. Hire Power is a global professional staffing and talent acquisition consulting firm with a focus on Contingent, Retained, and Outsourced solutions for the Lifesciences and Technology Industries. Since its inception, Hire Power has served over 150 clients globally, and Bob is proud of the firm's impressive 98% successful fill ratio. Bob is known for his visionary thinking and always seeking potential for process improvements and efficiency.

 

In 2007, he founded HireFlyer.com, an online automated job distribution site, and a precursor to ZipRecruiter.com. HireFlyer.com quickly became one of the industry's most popular sites for distributing jobs through a variety of aggregators, including Indeed.com, SimplyHired.com, and others. Bob has over 30 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience and has developed and implemented strategic staffing solutions and integrated process change efficiencies for many clients. His expertise has been instrumental in hiring more than 3,000 professionals to date.

 

When he's not busy recruiting, Bob loves to sail and is a licensed 100 Ton Yacht Captain.

Jill Blanchard

Jill is a seasoned recruiter and sourcer with over 14 years of experience. Her proficiency includes full life-cycle recruiting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, and closing of highly qualified candidates. She has successfully recruited and sourced professionals from a variety of industries, including Life Sciences.

Jill is a Pharma/Device/Biotech/Genomics, Networking - Hardware/Software, Real Estate/Mortgage, Manufacturing, Semiconductor, Internet, Software - Enterprise, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Finance/Banking, and Energy/Petroleum/Chemical. Jill has a distinctive approach to sourcing and recruiting that has resulted in a high number of hires through leads and referrals.

She has demonstrated her ability to manage customer relations between candidates and clients to ensure seamless transactions. Jill's exceptional interpersonal skills and deep understanding of staffing needs make her a dedicated recruiter in sourcing top candidates for local government roles. Jill's passion to assist military personnel and their families stems from her family's service in the U.S. Coast Guard, Army, and Marine Corps.

 

She has contributed her volunteer services to several organizations, including HIT, and received the Grace Snow Community Service Hero Award in 2015. Additionally, Jill was a team captain for the 2017 Ruck4HIT relay. Jill Blanchard graduated from Bard College at Simon's Rock in Great Barrington, MA, where she focused on Post Traumatic Studies before obtaining a Master's degree in Education from St. Mary's College in Minnesota.
